Booking and Payment Policy

Bookings can be made through our website, via email at itsmevanessa27@gmail.com, or by calling us at 0771 052 4457. To ensure the highest quality service, we request that smaller orders be placed at least 12 hours in advance. For larger or event catering orders, please provide sufficient notice to allow for thorough preparation.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer. For large or event catering orders, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is necessary to cover initial preparations and staffing.

Cancellation Policy

For event and bulk orders, cancellations made 5-7 days prior to the event will incur a charge of approximately 25% of the total cost. This fee accounts for the expenses already incurred in staffing and preparation. In the case of emergencies, we are open to discussing compromises based on the specific circumstances.

Service Policies

For catered events, we request that a designated space be provided for our staff to handle food preparation and cleanup. This helps us ensure efficient and professional service, contributing to the success of your event.

Liability and Insurance Policy

Vanny's Delight is fully insured. This coverage includes legal fees and compensation in the event that a third party, such as an employee, customer, or supplier, sustains injury or property damage related to our services.

Sustainability Policy

At Vanny's Delight, we are committed to sustainability. We ask that any of our equipment, such as food coolers and dining silverware, be returned within one week of use. This helps us maintain our inventory and reduce waste. Deposits would be paid for coolers to ensure they are returned back to Vanny's Delight.
